Description:
Forged steel shaft-marine & boat shaft forging: propeller shaft, stern shaft, intermediate shaft/ tail shaft/ propeller shaft/ is widely used for large, middle and small size cargo vessel etc.
The manufacturing equipment is 25~80MN hydraulic press, the forging ratio >3, the technical condition is in accordance with the requirements of ABS, DNV, BV, GL, LR, KR, NK and CCS.
Material ready—–Ingot billets, slab, round bar—-Chemical analysis—-cutting—-Forging—-Heat treatment—-Inspection—-Stock of un-machined forgings—-Lathe—-test—-Marking—-Packing after machining finished
